Magnetically operated zero air loss drain
The Magnetic Drain Valve is a magnetically operated level sensed drain that discharges condensate from all compressed air systems by using a unique technology based on magnetic forces. The Magnetic Drain Valve uses specially selected magnets that operate the 2/2 way direct acting valve assembly.

The discharge process of the Magnetic Drain Valve is automatic and there is no loss of compressed air during the condensate discharge cycle.

The specially selected long-life magnets ensure a high operation consistency.

The Magnetic Drain Valve is easy to install and to service due to the top and side inlet options. It is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable.

Typically the Magnetic Drain Valve is installed in refrigerated dryers and under piston compressors. The Magnetic Drain Valve features a specially treated robust aluminium housing suitable for oil lubricated and oil-free applications.

The Magnetic Drain Valve is also available with a test feature. The test button offers the solution to check your Magnetic Drain Valve ensuring nothing is obstructing the orifice. It also allows you to depressurise the drain for those yearly maintenance moments.
